Effective from 18 November 2025

§1. General Provisions.

1. These Terms and Conditions define the general rules for providing website development services by the lfd.pl service, operating at https://lfd.pl.
2. The owner of the service is Grupa LFD, ul. Myśliwska 5/30A, 30-718 Kraków, NIP: 8722405489, REGON: 180820605, e-mail: bok@lfd.pl (hereinafter: the Contractor).
3. These Terms and Conditions are of a general nature and form the basis for the general rules of cooperation. Detailed terms of each service are defined in a separate, individual agreement concluded between the Contractor and the Client.
4. A Client is any entity submitting an inquiry, ordering a service, or entering into an agreement with the Contractor (hereinafter: the Client).


§2. Scope of Services.

1. The Contractor provides services including, among others:
   a) designing and programming websites,
   b) creating web services, landing pages, and online stores,
   c) UX/UI design,
   d) configuration of domains, hosting services, and basic integrations,
   e) modernization, optimization, and update work.
2. Each project is carried out under an individual agreement specifying:
   – the scope of work,
   – the schedule,
   – remuneration,
   – technical conditions,
   – the method of project acceptance.


§3. Project Process and Individual Arrangements.

1. Each order is completed in accordance with the process defined in the individual agreement, including analysis, design, implementation, and project handover.
2. Before commencing the work, the Contractor and the Client shall agree on all functional, aesthetic, technical, and business requirements.
3. Any additional arrangements, changes, corrections, or scope extensions shall only be made on the basis of written acceptance by both parties (via e-mail or formal documentation).


§4. Remuneration and Settlements.

1. The remuneration for services is determined individually for each project and included in a separate agreement.
2. Prices presented in inquiries or on the website are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
3. The Contractor may require an advance payment before starting the work—the amount is determined in the agreement.
4. Final settlement is made after the project is completed and accepted by the Client in accordance with the agreement.


§5. Copyrights and Licences.

1. The Contractor transfers economic copyrights or grants a licence to the Client—within the scope specified in the individual agreement.
2. Materials provided by the Client (texts, images, logos, etc.) must be free from legal defects and must not infringe the rights of third parties.
3. In the case of using stock materials, software licences, or paid plugins, the costs may be transferred to the Client if stated in the agreement.


§6. Liability.

1. The Contractor undertakes to perform the services with due diligence and in accordance with current technical knowledge.
2. The Contractor is not liable for:
   a) malfunctioning of the website caused by modifications made after project handover by third parties,
   b) issues arising from hosting, server, network, or hardware infrastructure,
   c) content added by the Client.
3. Any warranties, post-implementation service, administrative support, or further work may be defined in separate agreements or service packages.


§7. Technical Conditions.

1. The Contractor completes projects in accordance with current web standards; however, full compatibility with outdated or non-standard browsers and devices is not guaranteed.
2. Technical requirements related to hosting, servers, or integrations are defined individually in the agreement.


§8. Final Provisions.

1. Any disputes arising from the cooperation between the parties shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Contractor’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
2. For matters not regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable Polish laws shall apply.
3. The Contractor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is published on the website https://lfd.pl.
4. These Terms and Conditions are general in nature and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
