§ 1. General Provisions.
1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for providing electronic services via the website available at https://lfd.pl (hereinafter: the “Service”).
2. The owner and administrator of the Service is Grupa LFD Sebastian Cielak, located at ul. Myśliwska 5/30A, 30-718 Kraków, NIP: 8722405489, REGON: 180820605, contact e-mail: bok@lfd.pl, Phone numer: +48 694 476 552 (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
3. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Terms and Conditions are continuously available on the Service’s website in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced, and saved.
§ 2. Definitions.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
1. Service – the online platform LFD.PL enabling the registration, renewal, and management of internet domain names.
2. Service Provider – Grupa LFD, as indicated in § 1 section 2.
3. User – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Service.
4. Consumer – a natural person performing a legal action not directly related to their business or professional activity.
5. Services – paid services related to the registration, maintenance, renewal, transfer, and administration of internet domain names.
6. Domain Operator / Registry – an entity managing a specific domain extension (e.g., NASK for .pl domains).
7. Client Panel – an individual User account within the Service.
§ 3. Scope and Nature of Services.
1. The Service enables Users to:
1. register new internet domains,
2. renew domain validity periods,
3. transfer domains from other operators,
4. modify domain technical configuration,
5. manage DNS and access other related services.
2. Domain registration is carried out on a “first come, first served” basis, and the Service Provider does not guarantee the availability of any domain name.
3. Orders are processed automatically after payment is credited.
§ 4. Technical Requirements.
1. The following are required to use the Service:
1. a device with internet access,
2. a current web browser,
3. an active email address,
4. in some cases – the ability to receive SMS messages.
2. The Service Provider is not responsible for issues resulting from the User’s hardware or software.
§ 5. Registration and User Account.
1. The User may create an account within the Service.
2. By entering data, the User declares that it is true and up to date.
3. The User must secure their login data and must not share it with third parties.
4. The Service Provider may block an account if laws or these Terms and Conditions are violated.
§ 6. Placing Orders.
1. Service orders are placed through the Service.
2. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order and receipt of payment.
3. All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and are net prices unless otherwise expressly stated.
4. The User receives an order confirmation to the email address provided.
§ 7. Payments.
1. The User shall pay for Services offered in the Service in advance, before order execution.
2. Payments are processed by PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań, KRS 0000274399, NIP 779-23-08-495, REGON 300523444.
3. Available payment methods may include:
1. online bank transfers (pay-by-link),
2. card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro),
3. BLIK,
4. traditional bank transfer,
5. other methods enabled by PayU.
4. The payment method is selected when placing an order.
5. Transactions processed via PayU are subject to the regulations and rules of PayU S.A.
6. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
1. delays caused by banks, payment operators, or transaction systems,
2. refusal to authorize a transaction by a bank or payment operator,
3. errors made by the User during payment.
7. The order is automatically forwarded for execution once PayU confirms a successful payment.
8. If payment is not booked within 24 hours, the Service may cancel the order.
9. The User agrees to receive invoices electronically at the email address provided during registration or ordering.
10. All prices in the Service are stated in zloty (PLN) and are net prices (excluding 23% VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise.
§ 8. Service Execution and Limitations.
1. The scope of services may depend on the regulations of external domain operators, in particular NASK.
2. Service activation takes place within no more than two business days after payment is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account.
3. The User agrees to comply with the regulations of the relevant domain operators.
4. The Service Provider is not responsible for:
1. loss of a domain due to the User's failure to renew it,
2. blocking, suspension, or deletion of a domain for reasons attributable to the operator,
3. force majeure or actions of third parties.
5. The Service Provider is not responsible for potential violations of third-party rights resulting from the User’s choice of domain name.
§ 9. Duration of the Agreement.
1. The agreement for domain registration services is concluded for a fixed term – according to the domain registration period.
2. The agreement expires automatically after the domain validity period if the User does not renew it.
3. The agreement for maintaining a User account is concluded for an indefinite period.
§ 10. Withdrawal from the Contract and Complaints.
1. Withdrawal from the contract:
1. The Consumer has no right to withdraw from a domain registration agreement once it has been performed, in accordance with Article 38(1) and (13) of the Consumer Rights Act.
2. Paid and completed orders are non-refundable.
2. Complaints:
1. The User may submit a complaint at: [bok@lfd.pl](mailto:bok@lfd.pl).
2. A complaint should include:
1. User data,
2. description of the issue,
3. the User’s request.
3. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
§ 11. Liability.
1. The Service Provider is not liable for damages arising from:
1. incorrect use of the Service,
2. providing false data by the User,
3. actions of domain operators,
4. events beyond the Service Provider’s control.
2. The Service Provider’s liability towards business Users is limited to the amount paid for the service.
§ 12. Personal Data.
1. The Service Provider is the controller of Users’ personal data.
2. Data is processed in accordance with GDPR and the Privacy Policy available on the Service.
3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services.
§ 13. Final Provisions.
1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
2. Users will be notified of changes at least 14 days in advance.
3. In matters not regulated herein, Polish law applies.
4. Disputes with Consumers will be resolved by the competent common court.
5. The Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of publication on the Service.
