§ 1. General Information.

The Administrator ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR (EU 2016/679).
§ 2. Personal Data Processed by the Administrator.
The Administrator processes data of users of the service in connection with the offered domain registration services and customer account support. These may include:
2.1. Data provided during account registration:
* first and last name / company name,
* residential / business address,
* VAT ID (for companies),
* e-mail address,
* phone number,
* invoicing details.
2.2. Data required for domain registration.
In accordance with the requirements of domain operators (e.g., NASK, EURid, ICANN), this may include:
* first and last name or name of the entity,
* address,
* e-mail and phone number,
* additional identification data required by legislation or registry policies.
2.3. Technical data.
* IP address,
* cookies,
* device and browser information, activity within the service,
* system logs.
§ 3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Data Processing.
3.1. Provision of domain registration and account services.

§ 4. Data Recipients.
Personal data may be transferred to:
* domain registry operators (e.g., NASK, EURid, ICANN),
* hosting, IT, accounting, and legal service providers,
* payment service providers,
* courier companies (if document shipment is necessary),
* public authorities under applicable laws.
The Administrator only transfers the data necessary to achieve the specified purpose.
§ 5. Transfer of Data Outside the EEA.
For certain domain registrations (e.g., .com, .net, global gTLD domains), data may be transferred to organizations located outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with ICANN rules and standard contractual clauses ensuring data protection.
§ 6. Data Retention Period.
Personal data is stored for:
* the duration of the service contract,
* after its termination – for the period required by accounting and tax regulations (at least 5 years),
* technical data (cookies) – according to their lifecycle or until deleted by the user,
* data processed based on consent – until such consent is withdrawn.
§ 7. Rights of Data Subjects.
Each user has the right to:
* access their data,
* rectify data,
* delete data (“right to be forgotten”),
* restrict processing,
* transfer data,
* object to processing,
* withdraw consent at any time.

§ 8. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling.
The Administrator does not make automated decisions nor conduct profiling that would produce legal effects or significantly impact the user.
§ 9. Data Security.
The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data, including:
* encrypted connection (SSL/HTTPS),
* server security and backups,
* access control and password policy,
* regular security audits.
§ 10. Cookie Policy.
10.1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device (computer, smartphone, tablet) while using the [https://lfd.pl](https://lfd.pl) service.
They enable functions such as recognising the device, remembering preferences and settings, maintaining user sessions, and analysing interactions with the website.
